Mi Casa restaurant
Not only is this one of the best restaurants in the city but also the most authentic. My lady and I went for supper and it was so delicious! we gorged ourselves and it costs us only $30! While we were in a homeless gentleman came in and without hesitation the owner cooked him a meal. Truly heart warming to see the passion in the owners.

Pancho y Emiliano
Mexican food that is authentic and fresh, fresh, fresh. In the heart of Kensington market this Mexican restaurant is sit down service and as far away from its fast food cousins as it can be. Best enjoyed in summer on the patio

Pancho y Emiliano
Food and service is good. Those are the 2 most important things anyway. This restaurant is ideal for a couple on a date. It was dark with romantic lighting and tight seating. We went with our adult kids and it was not exactly our style. The food is not the greasy Mexican food found down the street. It is still authentic food, but more fresh and light. They appear to be going for a fine dining experience of street food, which is nice. Portions are fair size. The tacos are generously full and good quality. Prices are quite high.

What a place to go when you crave mexican food. Yum and so fresh. Sadden that they will not be at this location much longer, but will go see them at their new Cafe when we are in town again. Can't wait. Forgot to take pictures of my food as I was so hungry to dig into your food. Wished I had some more right now as I am writing this review up.We had the tacos, beans and rice plate and the taco salad. All so fresh and tasty. Lots for the price you pay. Very homey atmosphere.Service was quick and friendly. We came in for lunch and they had a quite a few patrons in eating and it was just a little after 12pm.

Finally was able to visit Mi Casa. Their location is very easy to get to being just by Circle Drive. The restaurant has an ample space for dine-in and has an inviting atmosphere. I had the Chile Relleno and it was amazing! The beans were delicious and filling. Will definitely be back.

A Fiery Twist and Delectable Dip at Pancho y EmilianoI recently visited Pancho y Emiliano in Kensington Market with a friend, and we stumbled upon an unforgettable delight—the Moscow Mule Mezcal. This intriguing cocktail captured our attention with its unique blend of flavors. The addition of hot peppers, tailored to our taste for spiciness, took the experience to a whole new level. Alongside this spicy marvel, we savored the mouthwatering guacamole dip. Needless to say, Pancho y Emiliano has won us over, and we are eagerly looking forward to returning for more of their delightful Mezcal drinks.

Antigua Guatemala Restaurant
Love this restaurant!! Delicious Guatemalan food, helpful sweet servers and cooks. We drove over an hour to come visit, and we were glad we did. We had breakfast and we enjoyed it so much we came back for dinner. We'll definitely go back in the future.Highlights were the churrasco Chapin (similar to Mexican carne asada), tamales, garnachas, and shucos, a Guatemala street truck food.If you're not familiar with Guatemalan food, it's not American Mexican or even traditional Mexican food. Even our tortillas are different. If you're gluten or dairy intolerant, check with your server but most Guatemalan food is wheat and dairy free. You won't find cheddar cheese here except on the kids menu, most things aren't spicy unless you add spice with jalapenos. We ordered family style so almost everything from the breakfast menu and many things from the dinner menu. Not everything was the way it was made traditionally where my dad is from, but it was all delicious, and even he enjoyed it. The only really surprising thing were the huevos rancheros that weren't cooked in tomatoes, but only had a little tomato salsa on top. Still delicious, just not what we were expecting.Pictured are shucos with longaniza and everything, churrasco Chapin, garnachas, pupusas, pepian with rice, and yuca con chicharron.

Food from Guatemala, a very special flavor soaked in cheese.
